Colour and Project of the month Campaign: Terms & Condition

Project Aims: Opportunity for promotion of your work & projects with free items included as a token of appreciation for your submission.

1. Eligibility 

1.1. This campaign is open to all fabricators who use Tristone UK solid surface products in their projects. 
1.2. Projects must feature Tristone UK materials to be considered. 
1.3. Participants must provide high-quality images and relevant project details (colour specified). 

2. Selection of Featured Projects 

2.1. Tristone UK will select multiple projects each month to be promoted as the “Colour of the Month.” 
2.2. The selection is based on creativity, quality of work, and alignment with Tristone UK’s branding objectives. 
2.3. Tristone UK reserves the right to make the final decision on featured projects. 

3. Promotion 

3.1. Selected projects will be promoted across: 

- Tristone UK’s social media channels. 

-The official Tristone UK website (case studies section). 

- Tristone UK newsletters sent to our customer mailing list. 

- Future Tristone UK catalogues.

- Content shared with architects and designers upon request, based on specific colours or project types. 

3.2. Fabricators whose projects are featured will receive: 

-Free advertising throughout the following years. 

-A complimentary Solid Surface Care & Maintenance Kit as a token of appreciation. 

- A complimentary Starbucks gift card (Each month, one customer will be chosen as a Staff Favourite through an office vote.) 

4. Participant Obligations 

4.1. Fabricators must provide accurate project details and ensure they have the necessary permissions to share the project images and information with Tristone UK. 
4.2. Participants agree to allow Tristone UK to use the provided materials for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

5. Intellectual Property 

5.1. Tristone UK retains the right to edit or adapt submitted materials to align with our marketing strategies. 
5.2. Fabricators will be credited where possible, but Tristone UK owns the marketing rights to the content created for this campaign. 

 

6. General Terms 

6.1. Tristone UK reserves the right to modify or cancel the “Colour of the Month” campaign at any time without prior notice. 
6.2. Participation in this campaign does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between participants and Tristone UK. 

 
 

7. How to Submit Your Project for Our Campaign 

To participate, email our Marketing Assistant, Carina at design@tristoneuk.com with the subject line: “Project of the Month Submission.” 

Please include the following details in your submission: 

  • Company Name.

  • Project Name.

  • Location.

  • Tristone Colour(s) Used.

  • Installation Date (month and year).

  • Short Description (to be shared with our audience).

  • High-quality images and/or videos of your project.
