12mm Pure White (A-104)
To design a modern and contemporary café bar as part of the Lawns Centre development programme, which would be an appealing social space for students to dwell.
This included a licensed bar facility, a premium coffee brand and food offering, and a grab and go option to quickly service those on the move with a range of freshly prepared products. The specification also needed to accommodate a late evening food offer, supported from the servery area.

The architect's original brief was to renovate the Grade II listed building with an entrance hall, family living space, kitchen and bedrooms.
The architect was given the task of creating an inviting and liveable atmosphere in the home - but also preserve the 400 year old building complete with thatched roof.
