Tristone UK's Response to COVID-19 [Update 2]

In the wake of the current pandemic, we wanted to give you an update to reassure you that our services will continue to run as smoothly as possible during this challenging time. We are fully committed to the safety of our team and customers and to ensure we manage this situation we have implemented some changes to the way we do things.


Collections

During this period and until further notice we are stopping all collections from our warehouse to ensure we minimise the risk to customers and our team. We are working hard to deliver all your orders as quickly as possible and our vans are currently at full capacity. If you have urgent orders please contact the office and we will do what we can to assist you.

Please note that our drivers will be keeping in line with the guidelines of social distancing wherever possible. We ask all our customers to also be mindful of this so we can all be safe. If you are expecting a delivery to your location and a member of staff shows symptoms of COVID-19, please contact the Tristone Office immediately.

We urge all our customers to stay safe and remain vigilant.


Is COVID-19 affecting your business financially?

We understand that during this period it may become increasingly difficult for customers to make payment on account due to this escalating situation. If you are having issues making payments, please contact Emma immediately to discuss your account. We will be working with HSBC Invoice Finance during this time to help ease this situation. Please do not leave this to the last minute.

Failure to contact us about any financial difficulties may mean that you are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the Tristone UK Conditions of Sale in our Price Guide. This may include legal action.
