Tristone UK's Response to COVID-19 [Update 3]

Since the announcement made by Boris Johnson regarding the lockdown, we are keeping a close eye on the situation. The government has clarified the types of businesses which must close and under the current guidelines it has not yet explicitly confirmed closures of the construction industry. However, we expect this lockdown may happen in the coming days. But until this time, Tristone Team will continue to supply our customers as best as possible.

The Tristone Office

  1. We have already been working remotely since last week and will continue to stay open until further notice.

  2. You can continue to contact us through our normal channels of communication by email or by calling our office number on 01642 616880.

  3. For urgent orders please call - Emma’s direct line - 07495 079 635.

The Tristone Delivery Service

  1. Our drivers are following the guidelines of the government to ensure the safety of our team and our customers.

  2. Signed PODs will not be taken during this period to eliminate contact between our driver and customer. We require emails from customers to confirm receipt of delivery during this period.

  3. We would also like to urge our customers to be mindful and vigilant when receiving deliveries and keep to the 2m distance for everyone’s safety.

  4. Lead Times - Please note that during this period our lead times will be affected and you will experience delayed service.

  5. If you are expecting a delivery to your location and a member of staff shows symptoms of COVID-19, please contact the Tristone Office immediately.

In the event of a lockdown

  1. The Tristone home office will still remain open.

  2. All pending orders which have not been dispatched will be put on hold until further notice.

  3. Any items that have already been dispatched will be delivered to customers unless the customer has shutdown.


Is COVID-19 affecting your business financially?

We understand that during this period it may become increasingly difficult for customers to make payment on account due to this escalating situation. If you are having issues making payments, please contact Emma immediately to discuss your account. We will be working with HSBC Invoice Finance during this time to help ease this situation. Please do not leave this to the last minute.

Failure to contact us about any financial difficulties may mean that you are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the Tristone UK Conditions of Sale in our Price Guide. This may include legal action.
