Tristone UK's Response to COVID-19 [Update 5]

As a company, we have had to make significant and difficult changes to the way we function to ensure that we are protecting our staff members and our customers during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Since the formation of our business nearly 20 years ago, our motto has been ‘Work together, win together’. This is because we believe that by working together, we can all get through any hardship together.

We stand by this motto and this ethos of co-operation and fair practices is something that we are proud of committing to going forward!


Updates to our Services

The Tristone Office

We request that all communication regarding orders, stock and delivery to be emailed to sales@tristoneuk.com.

The office phone will remain open during office hours.


Changes to our product dispatch procedures

As part of our commitment to providing high quality service, we asked our customers for feedback on our product dispatch procedures. Based on the feedback given, we have made additional modifications to our procedures.



The Tristone Delivery Service

From the 11th May (Monday), we will be phasing back our Tristone van delivery runs.

  • Delivery with our Tristone vans will be charged at our standard delivery rates.

  • We will aim to dispatch materials as quickly as possible but please note that due to the COVID-19 situation lead times may be significantly affected during this period.

  • We would like to urge our customers to be mindful and vigilant when the goods are dropped off. Please keep to the 2m distance rule for everyone’s safety.

  • This may be subject to change depending on how the situation develops.

  • Please note: Your order will be confirmed by email. Your delivery will be confirmed in a second email once it has been scheduled. Delivery slots will be reserved on a first come first served basis.

Delivery of goods with a Third Party Courier

  • This will be arranged on a case by case basis.

  • All orders will be priced at the 18+ sheet rate in the Tristone UK Price Guide (Ver 4.0 and higher)

  • A delivery charge will be applied at cost.



Special Pre-Arranged Collections

  • Customers will be able to collect by pre-booking hourly time slots.

  • We will offer 3.5% discount off all collected orders.

  • Please note that there will be no cutting service and so customers are advised to check their van load length before collection. Our standard sheet lengths are 3680mm.

  • We would like to urge our customers to also be mindful and vigilant when collecting from our warehouse. Please keep to the 2m distance rule for everyone’s safety.

  • Customers are advised that collections will need to be pre-arranged and booked. Anyone who collects without prior booking will not be able to collect.

When placing your order please confirm which option you would like to go for.


Is COVID-19 affecting your business financially?

We understand that during this period it may become increasingly difficult for customers to make payment on account due to this escalating situation. If you are having issues making payments, please contact Emma immediately to discuss your account. We will be working with HSBC Invoice Finance during this time to help ease this situation.
