Tristone UK's Response to COVID-19 [Update 4]

As part of our commitment to ensuring our customers are up to date on the latest developments within the business during this difficult time, this is the latest update on Tristone UK Limited’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.


Limited Service from Monday 30th March

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these uncertain times.

Today we have decided to offer a limited service from Monday 30th March in order to protect our Tristone Team and the people we care about who are at high risk.  

The Tristone Office

We will start to receive all communication via email from Monday. Please email all enquiries regarding order, stock and delivery/collection or anything else to emma@tristoneuk.com.

The office phone will remain open during office hours.

The Tristone Delivery Service

Our Tristone UK vans will temporarily stop deliveries during this period until further notice. Alternative arrangements will be available for order dispatch which are listed below.

Howard will be preparing and loading these orders and we ask our customers to take note of the pre-arranged instructions provided below.

Option 1: Delivery of goods will be available with 3rd party courier service

  1. This will be arranged on a case by case basis.

  2. Please note that there will be some delivery charge incurred.

  3. Delivery lead times will be affected during this period and we will be limited to the service times offered by the 3rd party courier company.

Option 2: Special Pre-Arranged Collections

  1. Customers will be able to collect by pre-booking hourly time slots.

  2. We will offer 3.5% discount off all collected orders.

  3. Please note that there will be no cutting service and so customers are advised to check their van load length before collection. Our standard sheet lengths are 3680mm.

  4. We would like to urge our customers to also be mindful and vigilant when collecting from our warehouse. Please keep to the 2m distance rule for everyone’s safety.

  5. Customers are advised that collections will need to be pre-arranged and booked. Anyone who collects without prior booking will not be able to collect.

When placing your order please confirm if you would like a 3rd party courier delivery or if you would like to book a collection time slot from our warehouse.

In the event of a lockdown

  1. The Tristone home office will still remain open via email communication.

  2. The warehouse will be shut accordingly.

  3. All pending orders which have not been dispatched will be put on hold until further notice.

  4. Any items that have already been collected by the appointed courier company will be delivered to customers.


Is COVID-19 affecting your business financially?

We understand that during this period it may become increasingly difficult for customers to make payment on account due to this escalating situation. If you are having issues making payments, please contact Emma immediately to discuss your account. We will be working with HSBC Invoice Finance during this time to help ease this situation. Please do not leave this to the last minute.

Failure to contact us about any financial difficulties may mean that you are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the Tristone UK Conditions of Sale in our Price Guide. This may include legal action.
